It is a well established fact that when schools, families, and community groups work together to support learning, children tend to do better in school, stay in school longer, and like school more.<\/p>\n

How well students perform in class and how they respond to the learning process are essential pieces of information that parents need to acquire. In this respect,\u00a0parent-teacher meetings are a great opportunity for families and educators to share insights about students and to build bridges between home and school.\u00a0Such meetings are significant in casting a positive influence on smooth progression of students motivating them to rectify their errors and providing a pathway to further improvement.<\/p>\n

We are aware that\u00a0the holistic development of the students is a cumulative effect of the influences exercised by the parents and teachers on their lives. Therefore,\u00a0a parent Teacher meeting was held at Beaconhouse Metropolitan Campus-Girls where parents and teachers came on board to discuss the academic and social-emotional progress of students, and brainstorm ways to support their growth. Parents provided positive feedback and offered suggestions for further improvement.\u00a0They also\u00a0acknowledged teachers\u2019 efforts especially during the critical time of the pandemic which is definitely heartening and motivating\u00a0for the teaching staff .<\/p>\n
