It’s November 1975, Mrs Nasreen Mahmud Kasuri opens a small nursery called “Les Anges Montessori Academy” in Lahore with 19 toddlers. Within a span of a few years, we witness a huge and positive transformation in Pakistan’s educational system in the form of Beaconhouse School System. In 2021, on its 46th birthday, this powerful educational system has become a major force in the world of education. Beaconhouse School System can proudly state that it has become one of the largest private school networks not only in Pakistan but also in the UK, Malaysia, the Philippines, UAE, Oman, Belgium and Thailand.
At Beaconhouse Metropolitan Campus, Boys and Girls of Middle School celebrated BSS Birthday by forming the letters B S S and the number 46 through human chain symbolizing opportunities given to students to spread out their wings of creativity. Students expressed their feelings towards their beloved school by writing notes and making cards and also loved having their pictures taken too at a photo booth! The celebration would have been incomplete without the cake cutting which was a significant highlight of the day.
