Or, we snuggle into bed ready to leave the present worries behind, but our internal mechanism just won\u2019t stop whirling. That\u2019s because not only does our brain need sleep it also needs its own kind of rest time what we call <strong>Mental Rest<\/strong>!<br \/>\nMental rest means learning how to take a break from the constant chatter in our brain and<br \/>\nembracing cerebral stillness and quiet. It is essential to learning and processing.
