This practice improves your emotional well-being by helping you cope with stress.<\/p>\n<p>Start by reflecting on the good things that have happened in your life. No matter what complexities exist in your life, allow yourself a moment to enjoy. \u00a0Let positive feelings of gratitude bubble up.<\/p>\n<p>Make gratitude a regular habit; it can help you learn to recognize good things in your life regardless of the bad things that might be happening.<\/p>\n<p>Below are a few tips to create positive emotions by being thankful every day:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Take a moment.<\/strong>\u00a0Think about the positive things that happened during the day.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Journal.<\/strong>\u00a0Make a habit of writing down things you\u2019re grateful for.
