Stress is bad news BUT a little something can help one while being in stress&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>When in stress, exercise would be the last thing you would think of. But, exercise is the natural antidote to stress. Exercises releases serotonin- a neurotransmitter that helps you positively to deal with stress.<\/p>\n<p>So next time you are in stress take some timeout for yourself. Endeavor a 20 minutes yoga session, or a 15 minutes\u2019 walk or may be a 10 minutes run and let biology help.
