It is as simple as letting go of the past and not waiting for the future.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The small exercise below can take you to a mindful moment.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<div><b><i>Close your eyes, sit quietly and&#8230;<\/i><\/b><\/div>\n<div><b><i>\u00a0<\/i><\/b><\/div>\n<div><b>Breathe <\/b>&#8212; Take deep breaths, let them out slowly. Repeat for at least five times.<\/div>\n<div><b>Listen <\/b>&#8212; Listen to the sounds around you and think about how many of these sounds you can name.<\/div>\n<div><b>See<\/b> &#8212; Look at one item around you. Think about its shape, color and texture. Think of how it is made.<\/div>\n<div><b>Touch <\/b>&#8212; Use your fingertips to feel an item on the area around you.
