In past people used to keep a journal on their daily activities which included random daily happenings as well as their observations.<\/p>\n<p>In the modern times people have replaced journals by blogs and vlogs and record their life on social media, leaving behind a few who still write down their experiences.<\/p>\n<p>There are many benefits of keeping a journal.
