Beaconhouse Bahria Enclave Campus hosted an informational session on \u201cdental hygiene and dental problems\u201d on 24th<\/sup> November 2021 for all of its students and staff. The program was conducted by the Bahria Healthcare center with the aim to encourage all in the audience to place dental health as a priority.<\/p>\n

The session was conducted by Dr. Ayesha Khalid and focused on proper teeth brushing techniques, dental issues \u2013 causes and solutions and how to maintain better dental hygiene. It also reiterated the benefits of eating healthy food and snacks to ensure better teeth in the future.<\/p>\n

The session was not only informative but lots of fun as well. Students participated throughout the session by sharing their own dental routines; there was a quiz with prizes for all the winners and free dental kits were distributed to everyone in the audience.<\/p>\n

The session ended with an important reminder to visit the dentist regularly and to take care of those pearly whites!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
