The PTM served as an important platform for constructive dialogue between parents and teachers. Each meeting lasted approximately 5–10 minutes, during which teachers shared comprehensive feedback regarding students’ academic performance, classroom participation, strengths, and areas needing improvement. Parents were encouraged to voice their concerns, ask questions, and work collaboratively with teachers to support their child’s educational progress.
The event was efficiently organized, with badge holder students from Grades 9, 10, and 11 assisting parents by guiding them to their respective classrooms. Their responsible behavior and leadership skills were commendable and contributed to the smooth flow of the meeting.
