Each working institution and collective body of people requires representatives who ensure that the rights of the common people, due to them, are furthered and become applicable to ensure their well-being. It was long overdue that the students at Beaconhouse School System – Bahria Enclave Campus also had a representative body to further their interests and wishes and for that with the start of a new academic year came the thrilling Election Season.

It was a tough battle with parties going head to head for the seats. Campaigns raged from all corners of the campus as the candidates fought for the titles. The competing parties went from one grade to another making promises and highlighting needs of the individual persons. Students asked around that which party they should vote for, asking their friends for opinions and advices which led to intense arguments and all out battles. The school walls shook up with the outcries of opposing parties arguing their points to get to the title of Head Boy, Head Girl, Deputy Head boy and Deputy Head Girl.

Then the call of the bugle announced the day of the battle which was to be 20th September, 2022 and thus students rushed in from all grades and sections towards the polling station, votes were casted and tough decisions were made. A second call of the bugle at the end of the day announced the closing up of stations, voting was halted and the ballots taken for counting. Now my dearest reader the decision has yet to be announced so pray that your candidate wins and may the odds be ever in your favour.
