Dengue outbreaks have rapidly increased in several countries over the last two decades. As of 25 November 2021, a total of 48,906 cases of Dengue including 183 deaths have been reported.

As Dengue cases are on the rise again in Pakistan, students of BSS-BEI campus conducted an awareness session regarding the virus.

Students of Class 8 Lily researched and presented how the virus is caused, prevention tips and warning signs others need to look out for. They gave a very clear message to other students that stagnant water is one of the main breeding grounds for dengue causing mosquitoes and should be removed.

It was a very informative session for all the students.
