On October 9, the Muslim Ummah all over the globe, including Pakistan and Azad Jammu Kashmir, commemorates the birthday of the last Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) with the greatest religious enthusiasm and devotion by holding Mehfil e Milad un Nabi (Peace be upon him).
BEI diligently collaborated to set the stage for a beautiful Milad Mehfil on Friday, 7th October 2022. The seating arrangement was interesting to see since it had been meticulously prepared to ease the concern of our glowing mothers using a combination of modern and traditional elements, such as cushions, carpets, perfumed crape flowers, and floral décor. The stage had a beautiful décor to it, to create a peaceful and natural ambiance. An emerging societal gathering, the Milad was designed to amuse and attract both parents and teachers to an active and constructive social learning atmosphere, while also serving as a tutorial for students to carry on the tradition and follow the heed with Milad customs embedding it in their life.
The celebration included students from various grades reciting poems written in honor of the Holy Prophet (S.A.W), while others spoke about the Prophet’s life and how the ideals he taught and lived by might be applied to our own, to celebrate the occasion. The highlight of the mehfil was the primary section’s performance with oil lamps, which was definitely a treat to watch.

Mrs. Usman, the principal of the school, together with the senior mistress Ms. Amina Iqbal, the rest of the respectable teachers, and the rest of the attendees, led the ceremony in a serene manner, paying wonderful honor to the Holy Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W).
