“True leadership is about empowering others to achieve greatness, leaving a lasting legacy that extends far beyond your own journey.”
Today, Beaconhouse Gulshan Campus, Rawalpindi, had the privilege of welcoming Ms. Syeda Summera Masood, our dedicated Leader in Me (LIM) Coach from Franklin Covey Education. Her presence during a coaching session with our esteemed Lighthouse Team was met with a warm and resounding welcome by our School Head Mrs Aisha Ali and our School Coordinator, Mrs Amna Shafaat, underlining the essence of this inspiring journey.
What made this encounter truly special was the heartfelt recognition by our LIM Coach. She wholeheartedly extended her warmest congratulations to the School Administration and the exceptional Lighthouse Team for their remarkable grasp of the intricate agenda and structure of the Leader in Me programme. Their thorough understanding and unwavering clarity reaffirm our commitment to nurturing leadership excellence within our school community.
In the course of this enlightening session, our Coach received a comprehensive briefing on the various leadership roles and opportunities available to both our students and teachers. The central focus of our gathering was a deep dive into the LIM journey, comprising its three vital components: Core 1, Core 2, and Core 3. The Learning and Implementation Cycle, a crucial part of this process, was meticulously dissected, with particular emphasis placed on the intricacies of Core 2 and the relevant action plan.

Our Coach’s unique ability to impart knowledge in a light-hearted manner made the session truly illuminating.
Notably, the Lighthouse Team actively participated in a constructive +/delta evaluation, ensuring that our learning process remains adaptive and responsive to evolving needs.

As we reflect on this enlightening encounter, our School Leadership and the Lighthouse Team eagerly anticipate future sessions with our Coach. We firmly believe that these interactions will continue to bear the fruits of leadership excellence, fostering a brighter future for our school community.
