On 20th February, 2023, the Coach for Leader in Me, Ms. Almas Fawad visited our branch Beaconhouse School System Gulshan Campus, Rawalpindi for the second time and analyzed the implementation of the framework.
The basic agenda of the Coach’s Visit this time comprised of the initiation of the baseline MRA. It is said failure is inevitable if there’s no evaluation.
The Coach began the session with the follow up and evaluation of the first Action Plan which was planned earlier on her first visit. Later, along with the Lighthouse Team, the coach worked upon the big rocks and mentored the team by sharing certain measures.
Putting first things first, the Lighthouse team understanding their roles, synergized and took up their responsibilities and began their working for the initiation of baseline MRA.
