Today at BGCR, a very comprehensive training was given to the faculty and admin staff by the HO representative Mr. Zohaib Nazir, the Deputy Manager Professional Development & School Improvement (PD&SI), on Data Analysis.
The interactive training session was based on making data-driven decisions. The training began with identification of problem areas to data collection, its interpretation, evaluation thus leading to a way forward. Data Analysis is a key component in any institution to improvise their strategies and plans to enhance the efficacy in all domains.
The fruitful session brought to limelight the reflective practices and its significance in SIF(School Improvement Framework).
