Grandparents are the central part of the family system that holds prime importance in our cultural norms and traditions. To acknowledge and recognize their efforts towards their children but their grandchildren, with whom they share a bond above and beyond anything.
The day was organized to express gratitude for their warmth, love and care for their grandchildren and the role played by grandparents in these little ones’ lives.
The colourful display, enriched with exuberant hues, captivating backdrops and delightful music of classical eras of 70s, 80s and 90s was the highlight of the show.
On this propitious occasion, the efforts of grandparents were reckoned and were showered with tokens of respect and love by the worthy School Head, Mrs. Aisha Ali.
Our guest speaker for the day was none other than a Grandparent, an educationist, an Islamic Scholar and a keynote speaker, Prof. Syed Muhammad Shafaat Karim Bukhari who addressed the august audience and appreciated the grandparents for their key role in nourishing these novice minds.
