Kashmir Day for us has an incredible meaning. A lifelong struggle to defend the heaven on earth from the atrocities of Indian Armed forces has all our heart and spirit. We stand by Kashmir and showed solidarity in plight of Kashmiri brethren. This day was celebrated in full harmony shown by the students as well as the teachers in Beaconhouse I-8/I-9 Campus.

Our students paid homage to Kashmiri people by a variety of activities including writing them letters and messages. Some students wrote poems for the Kashmiri martyrs who lost their lives fighting for Kashmir’s freedom.

Kashmir Day was celebrated throughout all the levels from Early Years till Grade VIII.

“Kashmir Solidarity Walk “was conducted in which students from Early Years till Grade II showed unity while holding posters and placards inscribed with slogans of Kashmiris right of self-determination.

Students from Grade III-VIII recorded their video messages for the Kashmiri brothers and sisters living their lives in misery. Not only messages, they also wrote letters full of love and dedication towards the people living in the heaven on earth. They showed their harmony by telling them, no matter where we are or what we do, our heart still feels for the Kashmiris.
