As Beaconhouse celebrates 50 remarkable years of shaping futures, the I-9 Campus had the honour of welcoming two distinguished guests whose work and vision continue to inspire educators worldwide; Mr. Ron Berger, internationally renowned author and Chief Academic Officer at EL Education, and Ms. Ayesha Kasuri, Deputy Director Curriculum Development – a respected leader within the Beaconhouse community. Their visit marked an unforgettable moment for our campus community, reflecting our shared commitment to excellence, student empowerment, and progressive learning.

Real-Time Learning in Action

Ms. Ayesha Kasuri and Mr. Berger spent the morning visiting classrooms, observing real-time teaching and learning experiences across the I-9 Campus. They engaged with students, interacted with teachers, and witnessed the calm, confident, and joyful environment that defines our school culture.

Both guests appreciated the confidence of our learners, the relaxed yet purposeful atmosphere, and the way students actively engaged with their lessons. Their encouraging words were a great source of motivation for our teachers and students alike.

Celebrating 50 Years of Beaconhouse

As part of the Beaconhouse 50th Anniversary celebrations, the campus hosted a warm and cheerful cake-cutting ceremony. The event was led by our Headmistress, Ms. Nighat Javed, along with the dynamic Student Council. It was a proud moment for I-9 as we honored five decades of educational excellence with two exceptional guests by our side.

Voices That Impressed the World

One of the highlights of the visit was a special podcast session where Mr. Ron Berger sat down with two of our talented student; Zaki Malik (8 Blue) & Mahnoor Zahra Naqvi (8 Orange)

Their thoughtful questions, confidence, and articulate expression left a lasting impression on Mr. Berger. He was so inspired by the conversation and by the overall spirit of the I-9 Campus that he referenced the experience in his keynote address at the Grand SOT Events: Rethinking Education – 50th Anniversary Edition. His acknowledgment was a moment of pride for our entire school community.

The visit of Ms. Ayesha Kasuri and Ron Berger to the I-9 Campus beautifully connected our school’s daily learning environment with Beaconhouse’s larger vision of shaping the future of education. Their appreciation, encouragement, and recognition reaffirm our dedication to creating a space where every learner feels confident, valued, and inspired.

As we celebrate 50 years of Beaconhouse, we look ahead to many more decades of innovation, excellence, and student-centered learning.

Here’s to growing, learning, and shining together – always.
