The third and fourth days of the BTPP course were held at BSTRP&G and were conducted by Ms Summiya Ghias and Ms Arzoo Shabbir, the Instructional Coaches for cluster 17.
The main objective of the course was to provide professional support to new inductees in Lesson planning and its implementation by incorporating interactive strategies and AFL strategies to gauge learning to become an effective teacher. 
They reflected on the Curriculum and Elements of Lesson planning. They learned how to use Google Meet, Jamboard, Doc, Whiteboard, and other digital tools while exploring the toolkit. The participants shared their own experiences and strategies which can help them to become confident, responsible, reflective, and innovative teachers.
