“Play is often talked about as if it were a relief from serious learning. But for children, play is serious learning”. Mr. Rogers
BSTRK organised a drama festival in order to boost children’s confidence and enhance their verbal skills. Children from all levels, pre-nursery to grade 2, performed on fairy tales like Elf and the Shoemaker, Alice in Wonderland, Snow White, etc. Drama provides a safe environment for students to push themselves out of their comfort zones and build their confidence. Through acting and participating in plays, students improve their verbal and nonverbal communication skills, such as tone of voice, body language, and facial expressions. The audience applauded them immensely for their performance.
