Imagine if education was no longer a place of forced learning, but instead a place which emphasised individual growth, behaviour and skill to deal with real life scenarios. On a serious note, it is greatly observed that people who obtain a respectable level of education are oblivious of how to deal with problems practically. Sadly most people don’t love their jobs at the end. It is almost like we are on an endless loop on an escalator where for most of us, a secure career is not promised. This is why, I encourage my fellow readers to join hands and work on a sustainable solution.

Imagine a group of animals, each animal would have a different speed to climb the same tree. In the same way, every student is different. The first step we can take is to implement this mindset and move at everyone’s pace. Let’s promote equity. In prevalent times, people don’t have patience for others to catch up. An adaptive, flexible and collaborative environment helps everyone to learn in a healthy way.

People possess multiple talents. People become ecstatic about different things according to their passions. Let’s align their interests with our education system. If someone is interested in pottery, science, astronomy, travelling, v-logging, business, karate, soccer, etc give them all the opportunities they require. People should be introduced to everything and they apply for jobs in those fields. Not only will it create variety but multi-disciplinary fields would boost the economy positivity. People can pursue their interests and apply for jobs after learning information about all the jobs. Of course, competition will exist ,but people would start dedicating their time.

Along with this it is important for people to have general knowledge on many subjects. So while they learn about different things, they can work on their skills through the environment provided by the school. Along with this each student is taught practical and survival skills and behavior. The pros include higher motivation and engagement and may result in better career alignment and more skilled workforce. The cons can be, limited flexibility, and highly resource intensive schools, risks for trend-driven choices, risky for young minds ect.

In a nutshell, this would promote equity, individuals start loving their job and reduce stress of exams and endless studying for a career that is never promised. We should make a collaborative decision to revolutionize the education system for a new generation of better trained, advanced juveniles who are better prepared to face the natural world.

The education system we all need should be based on equity, creativity, exposure and opportunities .
