\"\"At Beaconhouse Tipu Sultan Senior Campus, World Mental Health Day was observed with a heartfelt focus on lived experiences, emotional well-being, and the importance of approaching mental health with empathy and compassion.<\/p>\n

The day served as a meaningful reminder that mental health matters just as much as physical health, and that every individual deserves to feel heard, understood, and supported. Through a range of engaging and reflective activities, students were encouraged to express their emotions, understand the experiences of others, and recognise the power of kindness in creating a supportive school community.<\/p>\n

The activity \u201cIt\u2019s Okay Not to Be Okay\u201d highlighted the importance of acknowledging emotions and understanding that it is perfectly normal to experience difficult days. \u201cChain of Care\u201d emphasised how small acts of kindness and support can create a lasting impact, while \u201cPeer Support Orientation Cards\u201d encouraged students to explore ways of offering reassurance, understanding, and help to their peers.<\/p>\n

These thoughtful initiatives aimed to raise awareness, challenge mental health stigma, and nurture a culture where speaking up is encouraged and seeking support is seen as a strength.<\/p>\n
