“People should debate. They shouldn’t be afraid to talk. You should listen to what other people think and how they make decisions. There should be an exchange of ideas and opinions because that’s how we learn.” – Catriona Gray
To speak fluently and eloquently in front of an audience is both an art and a skill that flourishes through training and guidance.
In order to strengthen the verbal expression of our students, the Urdu Debate competition was held at Beaconhouse School System, Tipu Sultan Campus – Primary, during the month of November 2021, for Classes III to V. Students presented thought-provoking arguments and spoke persuasively. They presented their point of view in a beautiful striking way. Parents were overwhelmed by their views.
All the participating students were honored with certificates for their remarkable participation in the Urdu Debate Competition.
Urdu Debate Competition not only provided students to polish their persuasive skills but also promoted an opportunity to polish students’ expression in their national language. National language does not only gives identity but also is a driving force behind the unity of the nation’s people, and makes them distinct from other nations.
