As the blessed month of Ramadan envelops the world in its spiritual embrace, Muslims come together in various ways to celebrate and deepen their connection with Almighty Allah. Among the myriad of traditions and events that mark this sacred time, the Naat and Qirat competition stands out as a profound expression of faith and devotion.
The Tipu Sultan Campus organized a “Naat and Qirat” competition during Ramadan to educate students about its significance. Students from grades 6 to 9 participated, with parents attending to support their children. Through the melodious recitation of sacred verses and poetry, participants and spectators alike embark on a journey of divine remembrance and devotion. A guest session also delivered a sermon, on seeking guidance from the holy Qur’an. In the end, Principal Ms. Nabila Khalid and HM Ms. Saima Hameed awarded certificates to the achievers. Parents expressed their joy and hoped for more religious events to uphold Islamic teachings.
