Growing Stronger, Together

It was a fantastic morning at our recent General Staff Meeting (GSM) with Principal Nabila Khalid! The energy in the room was truly collaborative, as we discussed our shared vision for the new academic year.
A core theme of the meeting was our strength as a single campus, uniting all levels from Pre-Nursery to A-Levels. We emphasized the importance of collaboration and a respectful environment for everyone. Ms. Khalid highlighted the significance of teacher agency and encouraged our Senior School subject teachers to work together and uphold our professional code of conduct.
We also focused on the fundamentals that make our school great: discipline, vigilance, and meeting our deadlines. A key point was the well-being of our students, particularly our teenagers, and the importance of collaborating with our counsellors to ensure a positive and supportive atmosphere.
The meeting reinforced a simple yet powerful truth: Happy teachers, happy children, happy school. We also had the pleasure of officially introducing our new admin team, who are ready to support our collective efforts. It’s clear that a collaborative and cooperative environment is the foundation of our success. Here’s to a wonderful and productive year ahead!
