Beaconhouse Spreads Joy: A Heartwarming Charity Visit to the Lighthouse

At Beaconhouse Tipu Sultan Campus, we believe in fostering empathy and social responsibility. In the spirit of Ramadan, our students from Early Years to Grade 9 visited the Lighthouse, a sanctuary for orphaned and special children. The day was filled with joy, kindness, and meaningful interactions.

Students began with a warm Meet and Greet session, instantly bonding with the children. Activities included storytelling, outdoor games like Tug of War and Dodge the Ball, and board games such as Ludo and Chess, promoting teamwork and strategic thinking.

A highlight was the Mural Painting activity, where students collaborated to create expressive artwork symbolizing unity and hope. They also engaged in Mandala Art, using intricate patterns to express creativity and mindfulness. A melodious Music Session featuring national songs added to the joyful ambiance, fostering national pride and harmony.

The visit concluded with a Group Photography session, capturing beautiful memories. This enriching experience emphasized compassion, generosity, and the true essence of Ramadan. We are proud of our students for embracing social responsibility and making a difference.

Let’s continue to spread love and kindness throughout Ramadan and beyond!

Every school day brings moments of discovery, achievement, creativity, and joy, each with a story worth sharing. With 20 years of experience in education, I currently lead English for the Middle School and love capturing the experiences that make school life meaningful. Through my blogs, I celebrate student achievements, inspiring initiatives, creativity, innovation, and growth. I believe every learner has a voice and every moment has meaning. This blog is where those moments are captured, celebrated, and shared with our school community.
