Rabi-ul-Awwal Celebrations!

Rabi-ul-Awwal is a sacred month for Muslims around the world as we commemorate the birth of the Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (P.B.U.H). BCP Margalla Campus organized a Seerat Conference to mark this occasion. The aim of the event was to highlight the various aspects of the life of the Holy Prophet and his Seerah.  The Principal BMI Ms. Ayesha Ansar and HM Ms. Aisha Hafeez graced the occasion with their presence. The event began with recitation and translation followed by a Hamd. Various students gave speeches in English and Urdu discussing various aspects of the life and teachings of Hazrat Muhammad (P.B.U.H) and how those teachings can be applied in today’s world. These were followed by heart touching Naats recited by some students. The highlight of the event was a reflection on how we would feel if we got a chance to meet the Holy Prophet (P.B.U.H) in these times. Would we be able to face him knowing that we have forgotten many of his golden principles? The event concluded with a heart touching dua.
