My name is Inaya Salman <\/strong>from class 5 Blue, and I am honored to serve\u00a0as our <\/span>school’s newly elected Lighthouse Ambassador!<\/strong><\/p>\n

As a Lighthouse Ambassador,<\/strong> my mission is to enhance values such as unity, respect, and kindness<\/strong>. I aim to guide students about their individual and school wide goals, to understand the lead measures and achieve WIGs together. <\/strong>I ensure that my fellow students celebrate their private and public victory. \u00a0I am dedicated to listening to their suggestions and concerns, ensuring that their voices are part of our journey.<\/p>\n

To me, leadership is about inspiring one another<\/strong>. \u00a0By supporting each other, we can transform our school into a place where everyone empowered to shine.<\/p>\n

I will work with all the lighthouse team members to help them understand their leadership roles. Let\u2019s work together to make this year remarkable, filled with growth and friendship<\/strong>. Together, let\u2019s ensure our school shines brightly, guiding us all to success!<\/strong><\/p>\n

My student’s lighthouse team is set to help teachers to further enhance the ambiance.<\/p>\n

Being a Lighthouse Ambassador, I want to help all of us build stronger Emotional Bank Accounts!<\/strong> Here are a few ways we can do this together:<\/p>\n

  1. Practice kindness:<\/strong> A simple smile or a compliment can brighten someone\u2019s day. Let\u2019s make it a habit to share kindness every day. Even small actions can make big deposits!<\/li>\n
  2. Listen to each other to understand:<\/strong> Taking the time to listen when someone is talking shows that we care. This helps us build trust and connection, making huge deposits into our friendships.<\/li>\n
  3. Support one another:<\/strong> If we see someone struggling, let\u2019s step in and offer help. Whether it\u2019s in class or on the playground, being there for each other strengthens our bonds and fills our EBAs.<\/li>\n
  4. Apologize when necessary:<\/strong> Sometimes, we might accidentally make a withdrawal. It\u2019s important to own up to our mistakes and apologize. This helps us repair and rebuild relationships.<\/li>\n
  5. Celebrate each other\u2019s successes:<\/strong> Let\u2019s take time to recognize and celebrate our friends\u2019 achievements, big or small. This not only makes them feel good but also strengthens our community.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    We will work towards elevating our school from Core 3 to achieving Lighthouse status,<\/strong> ensuring that we shine brightly as a beacon of excellence!<\/p>\n
