Providing a comfortable learning space is part of the importance of a school library for students. It gives a student and tutor an opportunity for one-on-one interaction and open conversation. Additionally, it allows for study groups to find a place to meet up and study complex material.

The library of BKI E-11 provides the right ambience for exploration and learning. It is a serene, safe and peaceful place where students can focus and read. The librarian is knowledgeable about all the books and has a passion for reading.

Our Library engages the students of all grades and levels, with learning in many ways. The physical space itself is used to ensure that there are sufficient resources available to students, enough independent study areas, and collaborative learning spaces. It provides physical or digital access to material for all the students.

Recently library cards were provided to students for books issuance through KOHA -Integrated library system. Students are enthusiastically using their own library cards. The frequency of issuance has increased remarkably in the last one month. Early years parents are also allocated with different days to visit school library and issue books along with their child.

Research consistently shows that when children have access to good libraries with plenty of good books and with adequate staffing, they read more, and thus do better in every field and subject. Libraries build literate, productive and engaged community members. It fosters literacy of all kinds!
