My name is Inaya Salman from class 5 Blue, and I am honored to serve as our school’s newly elected Lighthouse Ambassador!
As a Lighthouse Ambassador, my mission is to enhance values such as unity, respect, and kindness. I aim to guide students about their individual and school wide goals, to understand the lead measures and achieve WIGs together. I ensure that my fellow students celebrate their private and public victory. I am dedicated to listening to their suggestions and concerns, ensuring that their voices are part of our journey.
To me, leadership is about inspiring one another. By supporting each other, we can transform our school into a place where everyone empowered to shine.
I will work with all the lighthouse team members to help them understand their leadership roles. Let’s work together to make this year remarkable, filled with growth and friendship. Together, let’s ensure our school shines brightly, guiding us all to success!

Being a Lighthouse Ambassador, I want to help all of us build stronger Emotional Bank Accounts! Here are a few ways we can do this together:
- Practice kindness: A simple smile or a compliment can brighten someone’s day. Let’s make it a habit to share kindness every day. Even small actions can make big deposits!
- Listen to each other to understand: Taking the time to listen when someone is talking shows that we care. This helps us build trust and connection, making huge deposits into our friendships.
- Support one another: If we see someone struggling, let’s step in and offer help. Whether it’s in class or on the playground, being there for each other strengthens our bonds and fills our EBAs.
- Apologize when necessary: Sometimes, we might accidentally make a withdrawal. It’s important to own up to our mistakes and apologize. This helps us repair and rebuild relationships.
- Celebrate each other’s successes: Let’s take time to recognize and celebrate our friends’ achievements, big or small. This not only makes them feel good but also strengthens our community.
We will work towards elevating our school from Core 3 to achieving Lighthouse status, ensuring that we shine brightly as a beacon of excellence!
