Self-care check-in resources encouraged reflection on social, emotional, physical, and professional well-being.<br \/><br \/>Through creative expression, students engaged in art activities i.e., Tree of Resilience and It\u2019s Okay Not to Be Okay designing posters and cards capturing messages of hope, empathy, and resilience.
