Workshops: Ps & Is
The faculty of Pakistan Studies and Islamiat arranged two days of interactive workshops on ” How to Ace Upcoming Cambridge Exams” couple of days ago.
The presentation , prepared by teachers, addressed the steps needed to take before and during the examination to achieve desirable outcomes.
Participants of the workshop learned the 3 stages of taking exams, how to apply meta-cognitive strategies to prepare for exams, taking exam tips, and how to improve their exam scores by practicing past papers.
With the help of powerpoint presentations and resource materials, students learn. What is the format of the exam? Multiple-choice? Short answer? Subjective type long answer? How long is it? How much time will they have to write it? How many questions will there be?
What percentage of the overall exam grade is the exam worth?
Teachers also shared the crash revision study schedule to cover all the topics before starting the examinations. They ensured their assistance in enabling them to uplift their grades.
Students were so happy and commented that it was worth a lot as it clarified and answered many queries. They seemed very satisfied and optimistic about their best results.
