The connection between grandparents and grandchildren is unlike any other relationship. Science shows that grandparents live longer and kids are more emotionally resilient when they spend time together. BFKG arranged grandparent’s day for Class Nursery’s on December 9, 2021 and Pre-Nursery’s on December 10,2021 to help kids to have a stronger sense of personal identity.
Many fun filled activities were arranged for the grandparents. First, it started with the ice breaking activity in which the grandparents had to find the person who had the same name. After that few of the grandparents did a ramp walk with their grandchildren wearing the same outfit.
Then few of the grandparents showed their hidden talents it was such a joy to see how much talent our elders had and they displayed it very beautifully and confidently.
In the end a story session was arranged where one of the grandparent sat along with all the children and read a beautiful and meaningful story.
Finally, different photo booths were arranged for the grandparents to make beautiful memories with their grandchildren.
Cards, poems, family trips, gifts… Everyone has their own ideas for paying special attention to their grandparents. At the end of the day, it’s all about thanking them for all their efforts and showing them that, without them, the family would not be the same.
