Expert says that “Dress-up play allows anyone to dream, hope, and use their imagination. It gives kids permission to pretend to be someone or something different and extraordinary that reflects their personality and current interests and promotes more independence by allowing kids to practice self-care skills.”

At LMA 6e, we thrive to plan activities in order to keep learning fun and engaging. Since the curriculum includes writing Character Sketches as a crucial part of creative writing, the teachers decided to celebrate a “Favourite Character Day” on the 9th and 10th February, 2022.

Students arrived at school dressed up in all sorts of interesting yet attractive costumes as all sorts of characters one could imagine. From Sherlock Holmes, Zorro, The Clown, a cowboy to all the Marvel Studio’s Super heroes. From Princess Belle, Fiona, to the Kai tribe warrior; they all looked ravishingly remarkable!

A movie time along with freshly popped popcorns was also part of the package. Students enjoyed to the fullest, while acting out as the characters they were portraying themselves as them in an amusing manner.

They certainly made memories alongside stories!!
