A student led Pakistan’s Cultural day under the theme “The Rhythm of Unity” was organised and celebrated by Early Years, Primary and Middle Section at Beaconhouse Cantt Campus. They welcomed the arrival of Spring and celebrated Pakistan Day by clubbing in both in an event. This event took place on Friday, March 17, 2023.
The event provided understanding, inclusion and enjoyment, which promotes happiness, respect and harmony between people and communities.
Parents of early years students new to BSS had the opportunity to meet their children’s teachers, tour the school building, and learn more about the innovative teaching methodologies being used in the Early Years classrooms. The event also highlighted the use of technology and hands-on activities that are integrated into different areas of learning.
Upper primary and Middle Section Students swapped their uniforms for their assigned cultural attire, as they determined to celebrate a day that has evolved into a special event in the hearts and minds of the school population.
The school was nicely decorated with giving a fascinating sight to the visitors.
Stalls at different places were arranged which exhibited the history and heritage of the provinces of Pakistan. They unfolded with changing colors in the context of colorful culture. Students also presented their rich culture and history while interacting with the visitors. It remained a great source of attraction and mesmerized the audience while going slowly in front them.
Event continued with captivating cultural performances by the students earning applause and appreciation by the audience.
