The end of Term 1 marked a valuable opportunity for professional growth at Cantt Campus. Our PDSI team organized a comprehensive series of workshops designed to empower our educators with new skills and knowledge. From in-depth sessions on School Improvement Planning (SIP) for all sections to practical workshops on Time Management and Differentiated Instruction, teachers explored effective strategies for maximizing their impact in the classroom. We also delved into the SAMR Model, exploring innovative ways to integrate technology into teaching and learning. Our Early Years teachers benefited from specialized workshops tailored to their specific needs. These sessions reflect our ongoing commitment to providing high-quality professional development and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. We are confident that these professional development opportunities will have a positive impact on teaching and learning in the upcoming terms, further strengthening our commitment to providing an exceptional educational experience for all students.
