Ramadan, the holiest month in Islamic culture, is not just about fasting from dawn till dusk; it’s a time for reflection, spiritual growth, and community engagement. At Beaconhouse School System Cantt Campus Multan, this sacred month was marked with a series of engaging and enlightening activities tailored to suit the Early Years and Lower Primary students. From fostering creativity to nurturing spiritual understanding, these activities aimed to imbue the young minds with the essence of Ramadan while fostering a sense of community and joy.

Nursery:

• Islamic storytelling session by mothers

Kindergarten:
• Reciting tasbi

• Eid card making and celebrations.
Grade 1:
• Classroom decor
• Islamic storytelling related to generosity
• Reading and Coloring the calligraphic names of Allah
• Eid celebration with eid card making and giving little Eid presents to friends.
Grade 2:
• Moon Sighting

Grade 3 – 5
In the Upper Primary, an amazing seriess of programme called “Virtues of Ramadan” was held
A special Session with Dr.Mehak Fatima during which she talked about the essence of Ramadan and the significance of fasting was conducted. Another important activity was Mahfil Naat and Durood sessions. in which all the students enthusiastically participated in the programme and recited Naats with great interest and sent blessings and peace to the Holy Prophet Muhammad SAWW, ending at teachers reciting blessing of Hazrat Muhammad SAWW and praying for the well being of Muslim Ummah.
The Impact:
By actively participating in these activities, students not only gained a deeper understanding of the significance of Ramadan but also developed essential skills such as creativity, empathy, and gratitude.
