BCP Multan finally presents the biggest event of Punjab! SCITECH VI: BIGGER & BETTER!
Months of labor finally paid off in successfully executing SCITECH VI this February with fun-filled and educational activities for students from all over Pakistan. Social Nights were a spectacle in itself with performances from Kaifi Khalil (debuting in Multan), Asrar Shah and Shamoon Ismail.
The grandest event of BCP Multan was held on the 10th, 11th and 12th of February 2023. The evening of 10th February marked the start of the event by an exciting opening ceremony. The ceremony included remarks by the Headmistress to welcome the delegates and commence the event officially. Delegates were also welcomed with address made by the Executive Council of the SCITECH Society of BCP Multan which was responsible for successfully putting this event together. Furthermore, there was a display of fireworks and a much anticipated performance by Kaifi Khalil who had his debut in Multan. Delegates from all over Pakistan actively participated in the modules being offered at the event. This event pulled a crowd of close to 800 people which included delegates from different cities of Pakistan.
A total of four modules were designed to engage the students participating during the daytime. Two modules namely, the Harry Potter and Ratchet Innovation, represented the engineering and technical side of things whereas the other two, Mission Impossible and Corporate Finance, were designed to cater to the business and entrepreneurial faculties of students. The night of 11th February saw a major concert put together by the SCITECH society called the ‘SCI GALA’. The lineup of performers included Amina Riaz, a young and promising singer, Shamoon Ismail and the legendary Asrar Shah. This evening was one for the books and performance by Asrar Shah made sure that the audience would continue talking about the night for years to come.
Last day again had the module activity during the day and a formal closing dinner at night which had a very classy, old Hollywood theme. Awards were distributed by the President, Ibrahim Amer, and Vice President, Aziz Malik, of the SCITECH society to the winning delegates and a farewell speech was delivered in order to formally end the event.
