Investiture Ceremony for the newly elected Student Council 2022-2023 was held on the 17th of October, 2022 at BCP Multan. The event hosted the parents and the Executive Council members that have been elected by the student body over a process of a week. The Election Committee which comprised of four faculty members namely Neelum Naz, Momina Rasool, Abdullah Khar and Sabeeh Shahid oversaw the entire process of nominations, selection of final candidates that then went on to contesting elections finally culminating in the election day and voting.
The Investiture Ceremony was a momentous occasion for the parents as they saw their children get rewarded for their success and being recognized by the school administration. Student Council executives compromise of 14 students in total that collectively represent the student body ranging from the Headboy and Headgirl to Sports Representatives and Class Representatives.
The ceremony was conducted on a Monday at 12 pm starting off by welcoming the parents. This was followed by recognizing the Election Committee for successfully conducting the elections and were handed certificates of appreciation by the Headmistress, Ms. Sumera Nasheed. Students were then awarded sashes for their new role and a formal oath was administered by the Headmistress to inculcate a sense of responsibility and accountability in the Executive Council as they gear up to take charge of their new positions. Ceremony ended with group photos and refreshments for the guests.
