Child Protection Policy Session
Because it’s a safe zone……
BCP Multan has always ensured that the students are provided a ‘Safe Zone’. On 24th of October Sessions were held to inform the students about the Child Protection Policy so that they are mindful and conscious about their rights. They were also explained that their problems would be resolved by the child protection ambassadors with complete confidentiality.
The interactive sessions were led by Ms. Neelam Naz and Mr. Raheel Mukhtar the child protection ambassadors at BCP Multan. The instructors stressed on the importance of maintaining the safety for one self and for the others. They elaborated that child protection encompassed safeguarding of children from violence, exploitation, abuse, and neglect. The emphasis was on the concerning issues occurring in the present day such as misuse of social media.
The students left the sessions transformed and well informed as they were more confident of their rights and understood the real spirit of child protection policy.
