Today, our campus conducted a Leader in Me coaching session to further strengthen our understanding and effective implementation of the program. The session focused on key leadership practices such as WIGs, 4DX, mission statements, and building a strong student leadership culture. It provided valuable clarity on aligning our classroom strategies with the principles of the Leader in Me framework.
Through collaborative discussions and reflective learning, our team identified meaningful ways to enhance student leadership, improve learning environments, and promote proactive habits across the campus.
