Beaconhouse has always been committed to promoting and protecting the national heritage and culture of Pakistan. On Thursday, March 31, 2022, the Beaconhouse Multan Cluster held an event called “Colours of Peace” to honour the manifestations of peace, inclusiveness, and tolerance.
The occasion featured a musical performance by the band ‘Laal,’ which was fronted by vocalist ‘Taimoor Rehman.’ The band performed on the poetry of Faiz Ahmed Faiz, Allama Iqbal, Habib Jalib, and Baba Fareed Ganjshakar.
The goal of classical and Sufi poetry was to link students and the community to Pakistan’s heritage and culture. The enthusiastic audience applauded and encouraged the artists with their harmonised vocals.
