Hello Readers!
Welcome On Board. This year in school we have started the journey to help our students in discovering the leader in them. And the goal is to empower students to lead their own lives in a way that inspires others to make a difference in their lives. Let’s get to the bottom of the word ‘leadership’. Is Leadership a position , a title , is it defined by age, or a time period? My remote version would have said yes to this question as this is what we have been observing since ages . However as I am in a process of discovering the leader in me so this transformation has taught me to respond otherwise.
As Robin Sharma says ‘Leadership is not a title , it is behaviour. Live it’. So , This behaviour can be demonstrated on a daily basis. Even Your small acts showing responsibility, empathy , empowerment , courage and dignity makes you a leader. You can be a leader in any setting. Whether it is your home, your school playground, your neighbourhood, your friends circle.
Also You don’t have to be extraordinary to be a leader. Once you have empowered yourself and have risen above the norm of pleasing others to be successful , You will outshine others as you have taken charge of your life .
The Leadership Program encompasses 8 habits that will support our students to be victorious in their private and public life. It will bring a shift in their paradigm. When you change the way you see things, it influences what you do and the results are then in your favour. So be a part of this journey to be the best version of yourself.
