Speaking effectively is defined as speaking in such a way that your message is clearly heard and, if possible, acted upon. There are two main elements to speaking effectively: what you say, and how you say it. To make our students learn speaking effectively, an Urdu Declamation contest was held at Upper Primary, Walton Campus. The purpose of the declamation contest was to inculcate in our students the skill of public speaking and the ability to address the audience with confidence and enthusiasm.

The first round of the contest was held in the classes, and selected students went into the final round of the competition. Since it was 100% participation from all levels of Grade 3s, 4s and 5s, our students participated with zeal and passion.

For the final round, selected students from Grade 3 spoke on the topic: “SNC and hum masoom bachay”.
