The Government Health Department conducted an awareness session about Dengue Fever and its preventive measures in school on Thursday, 15th Sept 2022. Focal Person from Primary & Secondary Health Dept Cantt, Mrs. Sadia Manzoor along with her team explained to students all the preventive measures that they can take up at their homes to keep their houses “dengue free.” Students asked a number of questions to further consolidate their understanding and promised to ensure that not only will they keep themselves safe but their families and friends as well
Dengue Awareness Sessions were also carried out in the Upper Primary Section, Walton Campus during Homeroom lessons. Students were given a briefing on all the possible outcomes one might face incase of procuring Dengue fever. Possible precautions, symptoms and treatments were also discussed for students’ awareness.
